Yippee springs on it's way and hello to all the lovely Egyptians?

I have an old high school friend coming to cairo with her husband in the summer for vacation, I thought it would be nice to give her some advice so she doesn't have a bad time like haggle and don't take the black taxi it will rip you off but I got to thinking maybe all of you have better advice then me and would be appreciated like where to go beside the obvious and tip's on not getting scammed well thanks in advance and happy day :)
