Am I eating healthy and exercising enouh ?

What you are doing seems ok. Are you under regular Medical care. Make sure you are in good health. Other issues can hinder weight loss. Not sure when you eat and if you are reading the labels. There are other issues to what you eat and how your body reacts to those calories, fat grams, carbos and sodium. Sounds like you should be able to drop those pounds but another questions might be do you really need to drop 5-10 pounds. You never mentioned how much you weigh. The activity seems condusive to weight control and or loss. Good luck.
