Trying 2 find old tank game name. All I can remember is when tank got hit u could jump out & lob grenades?

In the game I could destroy other tanks with my main tank gun and then move up the field to destroy a much bigger tank I think. Also, when I got hit in the tank I could jump out and log grenades until I found another tank I could jump in to. I'd appreciate any help on finding the name of the game.
