Dream about my sister being pregnant?

so last night i had a dream my sister had a baby. she is is 23 and in noway possible is pregnant or having a baby anytime soon lol. the dream was weird though. it was an infant girl, and my sister didnt want to take care of it. i had to take on all the reponsibilities like changing the baby, feeding her, putting her to sleep, all of that. can anybody interpret this at all? what could it possible mean?
