Feedig my baby bullfrog?

Right now my bullfrog is only a tadpole and eats algae wafers and gold fish food.I changed it to his own home and soon will get his front feet. What do I feed him when it get it front feet,how much do I feed him a day and if I put a live natural water plant in the tank will he eat it.
