Are there any nurses or psychiatrist i can interview for anorexia nervosa information?

I'm planning to do anorexia nervosa for my senior project research paper.I was asked to interview with someone who knows about this stuff. Is there anyone I could contact through email with the few question I've provided? Thank you.
