How to stop him from peeing?

how can i stop oscar(crossbreed saffie/german sheppard) dog aged:1 n half -2yr old) from peeing and sh*tting everywhere as he has done it twice so far and i have had him 4days i think it could be cause of i wasn't up early enough they 2 days but is there ways of stopping this completely
