Preeclampsia I think?

OK I now am borderline preeclamptic. I have high blood pressure over 140s, headaches, gestational diabetes, swelling, protein in my urine.. I was in the hospital overnight on Thursday and I was sent home after 27 hours. I am on complete bed rest. They told me if I start getting dizzy or seeins that I should call my doctor.. Well I am seeins but not constantly just every once and a while. Should I really call my doctor even though its not all the time? I am 37 weeks pregnant today.
