Good Computer Games & Description?

I am looking for good computer games, not ones that you go out and buy at a store really, I mean small games like "Virtual Villagers, Virtual Families, Tradewinds, Bookworm Deluxe, Bookworm Adventures" And ect. I haven't been able to locate any actual good games. So, please help? Name some games and give a short description.
