Who has the product Nero 8?

This product sucks...I hope some agrees with me..Two days I purchased this product. As the installation started it detected that I had a previous verizon (nero 6). Installation stop because I had to removed it. I was unaware that Nero 8 trail version is install first....then you received a confirmation from customer service with a registery number to unlock this trail verison. Nothing happens on my computer. Never did I see an icon for this product. The program was listed in my add/remove program listing. Never saw a executable file for it. Visit their website for help....not friendly for answers. There were so many steps. They inform you to download a clean tool ultility...this is to removed hidden nero files when Nero 8 isn't working properly. The also tell you to troubleshoot in the registery of removing/changing files. I done all this troubleshooting all night on 10/17 through 10/18. Call office in california, they email me...no results. What was your experience
