Why do my brake lights turn on when the headlights are turned on?

There has to be a short between the parking light circuit and the brake light circuit and the signal circuit. I would look for a place in the wiring that has been hot or rubbed. It may be possible that the wrong bulb was used in the replacement at one time and damaged the socket and causing this
