What is this movie called?

What's that movie where there are three witches, and they like meet a girl and they make her one too. I remember the scene where they bury a time capsule or something on the beach, and when they wake up in the morning there are like beached whales or sharks all over. One of the girls was really poor, but then something happens and she moves to like a penthouse. I don't know.
