My dog ate change...now what???

My four year old yellow lab had a momentary lapse of judgement on Saturday night and got into a purse at my neighbors house. It is now Monday night and he just threw up sixteen cents...he threw up twice, but he only threw up change one time. ITs Christmas Eve...I have no issue taking him to a vet, but dont want to spend the "emergency" fees if its not necessary. Has this happened to anyone else? Did the dog throw up all the money or did you have to take him to the vet?? Thanks for your help!
