How are stores handling the new Sigur R�s album?

For those who haven't seen it, the cover of the new Sigur R�s album, Me� su� � eyrum vi� spilum endalaust, is full of male nudity. If anyone's been to a store today, I am curious: are the stores selling it covered in paper to obscure the nudity or is there perhaps an alternate cover? I know they did the former in the '60s for John Lennon and Yoko Ono's album Unfinished Music No.1: Two Virgins.
