1 Year old Maltese HELP?
My little girl Maltese who is 1 year old went into shock when she was 9 weeks old from her vaccination and her gums and tongue turned white and she almost died but she was ok. Ever since then she has been FINE and perky and bright and happy and playful. The past few months she hasn't been eating her food so we try to give her other foods and boiled chicken and we've tried a few lately. We just got a new puppy for Christmas who is a maltese and just yesterday our 1 year old was sleeping in bed with me and woke up and started vomitting and looked at me weird and was wobbling and flopped down on the bed. I took her downstairs and her gums were white so I gave her some sugar water and she started feeling a bit better. I rushed her to the emergancy vet and they put her on oxegyn, and gave her fluids under the skin, and benedryl, and took x-rays, and parvo test, etc. everything came back negetive and now I'm stuck with no answers. Her gums are not white anymore but she is sleepy, and isn't eating, and just kind of moping around. We took an other stool sample to the vet to see if it was a parasitic issue but we're waiting for the results and I wanted a second opinion so that's why I'm on here! If anyone knows what this is please please tell me!!! Thank you...
